Default Is she in pain?

Destiny was just spayed early this week. They sent her home with pain meds and some meds for inflammation. She's been doing great, her incision is healing quickly.

Tonight however, she is out of pain meds and is not eating or drinking. I got her to eat a little bit of chicken but nowhere near her normal amount. I forced some nutridrops and pedialyte down her so she isn't dehydrated. Her temp is normal, normal respiratory rates and normal potty habits. I've kept her from being active so she couldn't have hurt herself.

I just don't know why she is acting this way. She doesn't seem like she is in pain, she is very active and alert and wants to run around and play but the pain medicine is the only change from tonight from the rest of the nights.

The first day I brought her home I could tell she was in pain, she would whine and didn't want to move around, totally different from how she is acting right now.

They gave her quite a bit of pain meds, I would think after several days she wouldn't be in pain.
I will be taking her to the vet if things don't improve shortly but was wondering if anyone had any ideas why she is acting this way. I've never had one spayed or neutered before that acted this way.
