Who buys iceberg lettuce?!! It still amazes me that restaurants serve the iceberg wedge salad, and for like $8! There's a recipe for Sandra Lee
Cut iceberg head in wedges.
Open bottled bleu cheese dressing.
Top with Bacos "bacon" bits.
Serve immediately. Wait for oohs and ahhs.
