When we brought our girls home I put them in their crate about 10.00 pm I left water a little kibble a couple if toys and a pee pad. They slept till7.30 before crying to get out. The kibble was usually gone the pee pad was used so I guess they were up earlier and fed and amused themselves for a bit. They are six months nearly now. I have stopped the kibble removed the pee pad but leave the water and toys in the crate. They sleep till about 8.00 am. We did go through a stage if getting up at 6.15 but this was after Zi removed the pee pad. I think they can wait longer now. It does get better. I agree with Sally tire them out before bed time and stick to a routine just like a skin kid.
