^^^ That's from the rules section. Sums it up nicely. You are going to be very hard pressed to get a pup from any ETHICAL breeder for such a little amount. Given the amount of costs breeders have to cover, it's really not hard to understand why.

Since they are not looking for a puppy, but instead want a young adult, does that rule still apply? $300 is a pretty reasonable rehoming fee. I paid $250 for my one-year old rehome, and many pay less.
