Mine are real couch potatos most of the time so it does get better as they age. They will very much get on your schedule though. During the week I get up at 6 a.m. So on the weekend I have an alarm clock yorkie, Zoe is ready at 6 a.m. to go potty and eat breakfast and she tells you about it. Max is so laid back that he doesn't bark he just goes with the flow. There are very smart and creatures of habit, but very much worth it. Never a dull moment at our house.
