I guess whether or not a dog is a "teacup" size depends on how large the "teacup" is.
If you take a St. Bernard or Great Dane or larger dog to Disney or the carnival to ride in the "teacup" ride and they fit, then those dogs would also be "teacup" size, wouldn't they...or am I missing something...somewhere...
