Sounds like my Tibbe a bit. His stools for the last month or so have had the mucus on them and that's probably what the slime stuff is on your baby's stool. Not sure but I think the white is from WBC's accumulated around the irritated site that pass through? The blood is likely from a spot or two in his lower G-I so irritated it just broke the capillaries' surface. It's probably food-related but could be anything from a bug to abscess to colitis, etc., as you vet no doubt said & the vet will probably put him on food easier to digest & maybe some more meds to help the irritation. I changed Tibbe to Heartguard Plus this month but his problems started in May. Hope you can get some answers.
