I agree, get her to the vet asap. I had this happen with one of my puppies a few years ago. Unfortunatley, the receptionist at the vets told me to give it until monday and see how he was doing and I listened to her. His brother had scratched his eye and he wound up with a nasty infection. It's something that can be easily treated if you catch it right away. I had to go weeks getting up every few hours to put antibiotic cream in his eye and he is very lucky that he is still able to see out of the eye.
