I have the same problem with Zach, our 2 year old yorkie. I also have a problem with Oliver and Basil our 2 shih tzus. We have a shorkie who we had a problem with at first but now she's perfect. She will burst a kidney before she will go in the house. She was a little over 1 when she finally got the idea. The only problem is she wont go out in the rain so when it rains like it's been doing she sits and cries because she has to go.
