I understand your frustration about the error. This happens way to often in human hospitals as well. The person who admits a patient is responsible to get the needed info on the records where anyone who has interaction with the patient can see it.
Right now, as you said, what is important is the comfort of your little guy. Steroid injections work pretty quickly and will at least calm down whatever reaction he is having. I used to have a dog that went through this also until we finally found what was causing the problem. Hope they can help him soon. |
