My Belle is very shy. She likes to go out to parks and shopping, but prefers to watch other dogs and people from a safe distance. I've attended training classes with her, and tried my best to socialize her. She just isn't a very social dog. She loves her family, and our other dogs, but not "strangers". I've come to realize that it's just the way she is, and it's fine with me.
