We still have the occasional issue with Jaeger trying to dig indoors when he doesn't get his way-he's torn up the carpet near the doors a bit.
Can you block off wherever they are going and being inappropriate? Put something there so they can't get under the bed?
You could try bitter apple or other chew-deterent sprays on the offended objects, but they didn't stop Jaeger any.
It may be a bit cumbersome and a lot of extra work, but if you keep a leash on them at all times, you can grab the leash and get them when they are being inappropriate. If your dogs get tangled when left semi-supervised with a leash, you'll have to hold the other end-it might take a few weeks/months, but it should be worth it.
Don't forget to praise them when they do happen to chew on the right object.
