Some anxiety for him may be normal. What you need to check after vaccines (if acting different) is color of gums (shouldn't be pale), any swelling in 'cheeks'/mouth, shakiness, cold paws, fast heart rate, weak pulse, vomiting/diarrhea.

You might want to think about giving Benadryl to him about 30-40mins prior to his vaccines if you think he might react...run this by your vet of course. I always give my furkids Benadryl before their vaccines, just to be safe.
