ooh, Thank God you found him. You are his Angel. I hope you keep us posted on how he is doing. He may just need some food, water, and a lot of love.
I just adopted myself an old dog, maltese, and something mixed, blind, and deaf. People tied him up to the gate of the humane society. They found him in the morning. He is having a wonderful life with my 3 yorkies. He sleeps right next to me. Maybe that is all your baby needs too. What a different a bath can make. Keep us posted.
