You can always call a hotel and describe yor pups and maybe they can make an exception. I know with my two little ones, owners allow them in because they are so small. We once rented a place that did not allow dogs and i spoke with the owner and once they met my pups they said it wouldnt be a problem. I would be too nervous to attempt to sneak them in, I wouldn't be able to do it. I would rather take my chances by being honest and asking. Plus what happens if you are caught and kicked out..
