Although yorkies can be picky a hungry dog should pretty much eat anything so either he has been eating or he can't eat for some reason. I agree he needs a vet check sooner rather than later. If he has been eating human food then starting with some cooked chicken and rice is a good option adding a kibble of your choice. Best start with a small bite kibble cause the larger stuff can be too hard for small teeth. Royal canin do a yorkie kibble lots of them seem to like and is just the right size. Start by mixing a little kibble with the chicken then reduce the amount of meat. You could try hand feeding the kibble. Lots of wee dogs like this. Good luck with your new boy.
