Also, I bought the pup in November so we aren't giving her back, and the pup is paid for. I contacted AKC and they said to seek legal council. That is what I have done. I just want some info on the value of an APR for my case but it seems like APR lets anyone register a dog with them. I also contacted Tom Martino and a private lawyer, it seems the issue is the deception and false representation. I am sad because no one wants to breed with an APR dog if they aren't purebred.
