You should not being giving calcium to her before birth as it can cause eclampsia. You give calcium after birth to prevent eclampsia.
Once a pup is out and you've cut the cord and dried it, try to get it to nurse. Nursing will stimulate contractions so the next pup can come.
Make sure all placentas are accounted for, you don't want a retained placenta.

I agree. No additional calcium until after she whelps.... the rest is good advice too. Make sure you have a good scale that measures in ounces and weigh them a few times a day at first. You want to seem them always gaining....
