So glad she pulled through and is home! Sounds like she's still got some anesthesia in her system... I would make sure to keep waking her up until she has all her senses about her (like every 15-20 minutes), her whining is more about the anesthesia than pain at this point.
Also, limit her first drink and food... just a little every 30 minutes or so until she adjusts.
