Tibbe spent the first 9 mos. of his life in a cage all alone outside but once I got him, as I was largely homebound due to a physical condition, he had very little socialization. But he LOVES people & other dogs - never has met a stranger. He will go to anyone & any dog. He loves attention & is glad to be the center attraction in any setting.
My Jilly who was well-socialized, was quite shy & hated other dogs. Go figure.
