I don't know why but maybe I think its new and she always smells it first I guess cuz she marks her spot and its too clean as weird as that sounds. I hope tomorow she starts using it again.

Well I also pick up the poop and dispose as I see it because it is a easy pick up does not leave a smell or mark on the pad.
My Keyra is 3 months and I got her 2 days ago. Other then this current pee pad horror she is great and I love sooo much!
I don't know what kind of pee pads you use. Are you using the same brand as the breeder? Many pads are supposed to have a hormone that attracts the puppy to pee on the pad but some do not and some of them say they do but don't. You can also buy a liquid house breaking aid to put on the pee pad to help attract your puppy to the pad. Do you use a frame to secure the pad in place? I have found that to be a great help as well.
My full grown 5lb girl will go twice on a pee pad. I usually just flush away to poo and it is not an issue. Maybe check with the breeder to see what they use. She may have been used to the smells where she came from and is not finding them now. Dogs are all about odors when it comes to peeing.
