Even if that lady was having an issue in her own mind it does not take much common sense to know that Sophia is a beautiful and much loved pet and that decent people do not attack the quality of anyone's beloved furry family member any more than they would someone's skin kid.
There are those in the show world that are competitive and snobby but this woman way way beyond any norm of common decency.

Even champion breeders produce many more "pet quality" dogs.
