I personally understand keeping the breed for showing etc.. but who cares for pets!! The only reason to care is for health reasons, that is important but some of the cutest puppies I have seen are mixed breeds. Now before I get "haters" for the mixed breed comment.. I would not breed a mixed breed or activitly go looking for one.. just saying they all are cute and hopefully loved

WHY does anyone think that I suggested that the cooky lady in the pet store was CORRECT???? As I already mentioned, I was only trying to explain what might be the lady's motivation for her snipe. HOWEVER, I certainly did not try to excuse her conduct.

I personally do not believe in retaliation of any sort really. I don't want to punch someone in the face for making a stupid comment. I'd rather understand what motivates a person to be so negative. It helps me better understand the 'human' (not canine) condition. I'd rather look that lady in the eye and say: "It's a true shame that you're having such a bad day that you have to pick on the most defenseless and innocent life. I hope that tomorrow is better for you and you begin to see the beauty in all things living." But hey, that's just me.
