Lyme is easily treatable if symptoms are caught in the early stages. We have no reports of Lyme disease in our area so I just couldn't bring myself to subject her to another immunization.
My vet told me if the tick has to be on the animal for a while before it would get lyme...I'm not talking days! I mean like 24 hours...
