I also have a porker, Sheldon is 6.4 lbs and 6 months old. Vet told me not to feed him more than 1/2 cup a day. He is so chunky I can't feel his ribs unless I really dig in deep.
He is an eating machinne, he is always hungry. After his dinner because he still hungry I give him some cooked green beans or peas, he will eat them just plain.
No table food either.
