If your vet has given your pup a full evaluation and they determined your baby is a bit of a porkie yorkie (mine is
) then there are ways to help them safely lose weight.
There is a chart sometimes on the back of the bag (can?) of food. What I feed my little boy even has a seperate chart for active puppies and not so active puppies. For my yorkie, it says to feed a little less than a quarter cup of food at each feeding (twice a day). That's the portion for a lazy pup.
Check the label it might be helpful and give you an idea of how to feed your pup.
