Animal Smiley 049 How much do I feed my baby

I am a new mom to a 3 month old mini yorkie boy. He weighs 1KG and I feed him Royal Canin 29 Junior (recommended by vets). I read on their website to feed him 31g over 3 meals a day. Sometimes I give him a little bit of veggies with his kibbles for dinner but not every night. I feed him at about 6am, 1pm and 6pm. He always acts starving when I put his food down for him and barks at me when I am eating something as if to say "Mom, where's mine". Is this normal behavior?I am so worried that I am not feeding him enough. I have checked with a vet who said I am feeding him the right amount as his food is so concentrated, I'm still a bit worried though. Other than that, he sleeps through the night, is active during the day and is full of energy and personality, healthy happy pup. Any advise would be appreciated. x I just need to add that his breeder estimates his adult weight to be 2KG's and calls him a Teacup.
