You can cut sweet potatoes into strips and put them in the oven on a cookie sheet. Bake for about 3 hours at 220 degrees. You can bake longer for a crispier treat. Remember that they will shrink up during the baking time so cut them a bit bigger than what you want them to turn out to be. It's about the same as using a dehydrator. I keep them in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
