You can actually bake chicken or hamburg...
OR....you can boil chicken (boneless or Bone in) for approx. 20 mins. to 1/2 hour - OR...you can NUKE it in the microwave ( I do this for the girls - time for or ONE chicken breast - about 4 minutes) ...
OR...you can throw the stuff on your BBQ have some REALLY good chicken...I'd rather give my girls chicken than hamburg because of the high fat content of HB.
