Hey, this is Yorkie Talk, not the AKC! We have a Yorkie, who has "papers" stating that she came from "champion" lineage, but I feel that the entire registration process is one that can be faked so easily, that it really doesn't matter. Unless you're into breeding and showing, the little rascals just steal your heart and no one cares much about their pedigree, as long as they're healthy and well-adjusted. I think 60 Minutes, or 20/20, or something similar did a story some time ago about someone who registered their cat as a dog with the AKC, so nothing's infallible.
I think my Graysee is more of a Silky than a Yorkie, but I can't prove it, and at this point, I don't really care!
