This poor unfortunate momma is probably exhausted from delivery...she is going to probably need oxy to expell that last placenta...sometimes just giving her some glucose will give her enough "ooommphhhffff" to expell that last placenta....give her about 3 inches of NutriCal to lick off the owners finger.....and then watch her....let her rest a couple hours and if she still has not expelled the placenta, she needs oxy or Ca....trip to the vet is in order.
