I cut back on the kibble amount, changed to diet formula, and added veggies for the evening meal with just a little kibble....had to do this to keep the issue of vomiting when the tummy gets empty. I also moved around the heavier meal to breakfast so they have all day to burn that off....a little celery and apple around 11am, at 6pm, 20 kibble nuggets and 2 tblsp. low sodium canned veggies. Went back down from 6lbs to 4 lbs on my heaviest little girl.....adding veggies helps my guilt also, over "starving them to death", when they want "just a little more"....
