I agree, sometimes you can do everything and it won't help.

Brownie has the worst teeth I have ever seen. Despite regular dentals, brushing his teeth daily, additives, and me scaling his teeth, he will most likely lose all of his teeth. The vet said I was doing everything possible, it's just not something that can be helped with him.

Destiny on the other hand has great teeth. 6 years old and never had a dental and still doesn't need one.

Genetics plays a huge role in teeth.
