I wanted to know what you would tell someone who has never owned one of these baby before they buy one? I am asking a lot of questions because part of my step sons summer is going to volunteering with shelters ESP. Yorkie Rescues.

I know we are all different and so are adoptive parents. I am trying to get a lot of different prospective so he can talk to people without a one view perspective. This is why I have a ton of threads today. So if you don't mind helping me I would be appreciative
