Someone razzing me about how I treat/train my Dogs, is speaking toward deaf ears. In fact, there's a frequent "mind your own business" phrased differently though, which is not near as polite.

I think I probably raise my Dogs much like I did my Boys. Sorta on the "tough love" side of it. I'm rather strict, but, when it comes to Health Care, Dietary or physical requirements, there is absolutely NOTHING that gets in the way of facilitating their needs. They go to the Vet and Groomer several times a year and generally get the absolute best of everything.

I think any immunity I may experience from those "caddy" comments, may be because I'm sort of a cogitity old guy, and that may deter some of it. If someone gets a little too forward, I've often told them...

Don't mess with Old Dogs.
Contrary to popular belief, many of them still have very good teeth !

HA, and I wondered for the longest time, why all my kids and dogs have Type "A" personalities.
