when I said I was getting a second one my brother called me crazy dog lady so I said don't be an idiot you have 3 kids I don't call you crazy boy man.
I just happen to prefer dogs to children and although I don't dress them up all the time, they do have a couple of wee tshirts and coats for the winter weather.
They snuggle with me and have full run of my place, they are very well mannered and love to play with each other.
If under any circumstance my new puppy doesn't want to listen to me I say chicken and magically have his undivided attention. I love them and treat them with respect and dignity, I do not make a habit of picking them up and do not encourage others to do so, because I feel if they want to snuggle they will come to me. Although every morning they do get picked up for a morning wake up cuddle and kiss.
I have pet steps for them to climb on the bed and on the couch.
They are actually better behaved, less messy and better toilet trained than my sons two kids (one of which is a day younger than Teegy) |
