Two option just walk into the office with your baby and tell them he must be sceen. There are emergency vets that are really expensive $300 to walk in the door here. If you have a Petsmart the have a vet in the store and they have extended hours. I would call and see if they have an opening I have used them on the weekends and at night and have never been told they are booked. They charge 36$ for the exam here in NC then extra costs for meds
