Mom to Hot Rod makes the kissecollars, a must have for spay/neuter surgeries & perfect for grooming! The Kiss-E Collar
I second the Kiss-E-Cones. Since it's too late, I think I used a onesie but that only works if you can be home with them. Kaji's was big and loose. (3-6 months maybe? He was barely 6 lbs then) He had internal dissolveable stitches, so there was no fear of anything getting caught anywhere. The snaps that are for the legs go around the tail, so the tail is poking out. The onesie is flipped so that the front chest piece is on the dog's back. To potty, well, you take them. They have to be confined anyway, meaning Kaji was in his pen (I kept that small) and would unsnap the onesie and fold it up while he went potty. I'd clean him up gently and then snap it back into place. If he wasn't in my arms, he was in his pen so as not to get in any trouble of over exerting himself.
