As a sister of military men, a mother of military children, and a friend of many others I am slightly offended and would like to ask him to reconsider, so yes please do send to me his contact information.
Also, xrays in of themselves are not healthy for anyone or any living thing. Your vet should have been able to do an xray and explain to you why your dog was acting pregnant etc., even though she wasn't because he read the xray and found that shes not. Either your vet is taking advantage of your checkbook, or he just isn't qualified to handle your pups issues.
I'm not trying to offend you at all, I'm trying to help. Please find another vet who can help your pup.
