I suppose that these symptoms could have been building up little by little when you were preoccupied with wedding plans and you just didn't notice. If she was on the verge of some sort of spinal or joint degeneration and they over worked her at the kennel it could have made the situation become worse much more quickly. It could also be that she was injured at the kennel but no one was telling you. Maybe another dog could have gotten a hold of her. It's so sad that these babies can't tell us what is wrong. I hope x rays will show you something. It appears something is making it difficult for her to move. Maybe get her some steps to get up on the couch or help her up there.
Anti inflammatory medications can be very helpful for joint and other types of pain but they are notorious for being caustic to the stomach. They should only be given (to either animals or humans) on a full stomach. Giving them with just a small amount of food or no food can cause real damage to the gastric system.
I hope they pin point her problem soon. Hopefully you have a good diagnostic specialist near by.
