I think that it is just normal. I have never noticed it on my yorkies or my younger schnauzer but Tina is going on 16 and she is old and sick and I noticed hers looked like that the other day. Scared me to death at first because I thought she was going to start bleeding. Then after she pooped she looked fine. I always wipe her with baby wipes too. I don't think there is anything to worry about but maybe the vet can give you some peace of mind on it.
