People ship dogs all the time....just not the very tiny babies. I have shipped my babies for years and ...knock on wood....never had any issues at all. I was fortunate to develop a friendship with a lady whose mother has worked for an airline for 30+ years so she can fly stand-by free....When it works out, she will occasionally accompany a puppy for me...then Southwest started allowing pets to fly in the cabin....so most of my buyers now fly into Houston on Southwest and pick their baby up from me....the cost of a round trip ticket for them plus their new baby going back is cheaper than shipping costsa for a baby and everyone is happiest doing it this way!
