I would ask about the infant gas drops too. My Riggie had similar episodes. We think she had a chronic pancreatitis, and she was tested for a miriad of things, but nothing deffinative. The Simethecone drops helped, and switching to a low fat food also helped. We also discovered a chicken allergy, and switching off of chicken solved everything.
