I forgot to add that I trim the front and back of each ear and trim the edges so there is a clean upside down v-shape (well I don't, the groomer does). Sophie's hair on her ears grows back so fast...she is a hairy little girl!
I have also heard massaging the tips can help too...has anyone else heard about doing that? I don't want to give you bad advice.
