Default 17 hour trip

I have taken our Graysee from Spring, TX to Tucson, AZ and back, which was a two-day trip, each way. I use a Fido Rido car seat, and keep it in the rear right passenger seat. That way, at stops I can look back, and/or reach back, to see how she is, or give her a little pat. Graysee loves to ride in the car, and will either look out the window, or just lay down and rest/sleep. She doesn't do much with toys on long rides, although I always bring along her favorites. She will let me know when she needs to go potty, but other than that she is very content in the Fido Rido. I would recommend this product to any Yorkie owner, as it has worked quite well for us. The price has increased since we purchased ours, but I still feel that it is well worth it. The 'manufacturer', located in Indiana, recently added an accessory, optional foam pad for the edge of the seat (after I had mentioned that I had purchased pipe insulation foam and fastened it to the edge of Graysee's seat, to give her a soft, non-slip surface to stand on when looking out the window), and I would suggest including this in the purchase. You can simply type in fidorido.com, and it will take you to the site.
