Not to say that the original poster about how much she should charge is a breeder, becuase clearly, thats not so. But I see them being sold for much more then what you would think they should be. As said above...YORKIETALK is probably not the best place to ask.. I, myself think i must have a VERY REASONABLE VET in regards to prices for dews. They charge a larger amount for the first pup.. but just a smaller additional for each pup there after. I paid about $100 for all four to have dews and tails docked. Prices may differ... but whatever the case.. DEFINATELY ( regardless of what you are charging of pups) do the right thing and make sure to have all the necessary vet visits. Just keep the pups(and mothers) safety and well-being in mind at all times. I would agree that maybe $300 a pup would be acceptable.

Sorry i jumped around alot. I, for some reason, have alot of thoughts on this. I could continue to go on and on.. but wont.

goodluck
No, mixes are not becoming recognized breeds except by the sellers tryingto convince buyers their mixed puppy or mutt is a breed. IT isn't. It takes a lot to have a new breed recognized by a bona fide purebred registry. Throwing a couple of different breed purebreds together isn't going to cut it.
And no there is no such thing as hybrid vigour in mixes. They can carry or exhibit any of the genetic or congenital birth defects any purebred carries that has produced them.
