Thank you all and Update Thanks everyone! I spent a lot of time researching the web and learning all I could before I breed my Destiny. But no matter how much we learn or even how experienced we are things can still go wrong or not as expected, that is life not only for our family pets but for each of us as well. It is true that a breeder whom has lots of experience behind them has much more knowledge and is better equipped to handle what may come. Hats off to you breeders! I have no desire to do what you do. I came here for help and to learn from your experience to see my Destiny and babies through. The vet did say it was ok and I don't think the boat ride hurt her at all. We had gotten a cabin and left her and the other dog in it on Saturday which she did not like at all lol. We did take her out on Sunday which was a very very clam day on Broken Bow Lake in Ok we also docked on a little island and took them for a walk which I mostly carried her being she was big with babies. Update: I weighted the puppies today (day 3) at birth all three weighted just around .4oz and today Amos was at .5 1/2oz, Lovely .6oz and Eli the piglet .8oz.
God bless you all! |
