Lily is my delicate one at being around the 4.5 to 5 lb range. We always give her only one vaccine at a time. Then waiting 2-3 weeks before she gets another one. I don't do Lepto...I do the DHPP, Rabies every 3 years, Lyme-once a year- had one with Lyme and that's all.
My vet didn't want to do lepto because the vaccine doesn't cover all strains of lepto. Her thought is why risk the side effects if it's not 100%.
