I am so sorry both of your pictures didn't turn out well!!! I am hoping mine are done well. I guess I'll be sure to have a list of pictures I want for sure!
A friend of mine complained that her pictures were ALL fun and there was only one or two nice posed ones. In her case though, she didn't even get the pictures without a fight. And she only got a portion of them 6 months after the wedding, and had to touch them all up herself. The photographers blocked their number
They now have an "F" rating with the BBB!
