I would take your female to the vet the vet will be able to tell if she is in heat , hopefully that is all what's happening, and their are no serious other heath conditions. your male, even though fixed could still act or behave differently , I think around a unspayed female in heat. not too sure about that, discuss it with the vet when you take our female in. hope everything turns out ok.
